品牌概念的開端是為了「健康」,人體有超過70%是液體;而健康有70%是由飲食影響;ONE Gourmet 也堅持健康與美味共存,創辦人梁沛祺多年餐飲及食材經營,致力於將人體非常重要的四大液體,「醋、油、酒、水」除了味蕾並將生活美學帶回亞洲。

The origin of ONE’s brand concept is "health". The human body consists of 70% liquid, so we believe that 70% of our health is influenced by the liquids in our diet. Therefore, ONE Gourmet insists on a healthy and delicious coexistence with this ideal, and is committed to bringing the four essential liquids, "vinegar, oil, wine and water", back to Asia.
